＜使用方法＞
1. 在用洗发水洗发之前，让头皮及头发充分湿润。
2. 取适量（葡萄大小）于手心，涂抹于头部前半部分。再次取适量于手心，涂抹后半部分，充分施用于整个头部。
3. 用指腹轻柔地按摩放松，让发膜在头皮上停留3～5分钟。
4. 充分冲洗干净后再用洗发水正常洗发。

＜How to Use＞
1. Before shampooing, wet your scalp and hair thoroughly.

3. Massage using the ball of your finger, then leave it on for about 3 to 5 minutes.
